Here we have already an area where I need to cut out, and weld in the bumper mounting panel.

After I removed the piece where the bumper mounts, I also noticed that the front apron was not that good either. The bottom section where the lower is, is bend and got some rust holes.

Moving to the section behind the wheel. I started to cut off the bottom part of the strut support, and noticed that there is more rust hiding.

Keep cutting until I find good sheet metal to weld on.

This is the support where the body mounts to the chassis. This need to come out and I have to fabricate a new piece.

I had to cut out the piece with the dimples, and I decided to reuse it and weld it back in. I had to make also some of the tabs where the outer skin is welden on.

Made a template with all the holes for welding. These holes are where the sheet metal was spot welded from the factory.

All welded in and cleaned up. The next piece is the brace of the strut tower.
